DALIYA (大力鸭 — "Strong Duck") started as a graffiti character sprayed on a warehouse wall in a design studio that kept missing the last BTS train home. We got tired of straps snapping and zippers dying in the rain, so we built bags that don't.
Every piece is grip-tested, rain-tested, and market-stall-tested before it ships anywhere in Thailand — from Chatuchak to Chiang Mai.

Is DALIYA gear actually waterproof?
Our shells are IPX4 splash and rain resistant — coated ripstop plus taped seams keep contents dry through a downpour or a Songkran soaking. They're not built for submersion, so we don't recommend swimming laps with your laptop pocket open.
How do I choose between the Riot Backpack and the Off-Grid Tote?
The Riot is built for daily commuting with a padded 15" laptop sleeve and 22L of structured storage. The Off-Grid Tote trades structure for a wider rolltop opening — better for market runs and weekend trips. See the full size and capacity guide above.
Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available nationwide on orders under ฿5,000. You can also pay upfront with PromptPay, TrueMoney or credit card at checkout.
What's your return and warranty policy?
Unworn items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Every zipper is covered by our lifetime warranty — send us a photo on LINE and we'll repair or replace it, no receipt hunting required.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days nationwide via Kerry Express or Flash. Same-day courier is available in Bangkok, Nonthaburi and Samut Prakan. Every order is trackable by SMS and LINE.
How do I care for the ripstop fabric?
Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Skip the washing machine and the dryer — the coating that keeps you dry doesn't survive a spin cycle.
